About us:
We are a data-driven enrollment marketing agency that helps colleges and universities of varying profiles shape enrollment. From search through the point of deposit, we use data and analytics to better understand students so that we can engage with them in more meaningful ways across all digital channels and print.
What we're looking for:
An experienced web developer or agency to help us create a custom script that can be utilized to improve our end-user experience. The project is to create JavaScript lookup tables that fill hidden inputs via a client-side onsubmit handler that still does a traditional HTML form submission back to the database.
We are looking to build this for 1 client and then replicate it for at least 20 other clients. This project can lead to more projects down the line.
The right developer will have experience in the following.
Strong and extensive JavaScript experience, including:
Asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX
Cross-browser compatibility issues and workarounds
Knowledge of JavaScript libraries (jQuery, React, Vue, etc.) and their trade-offs
Solid understanding of other aspects of front-end web development, including:
Web markup, including HTML5 and modern CSS
Responsive design for desktop/mobile
Browser rendering behavior and performance
