Fix a jQuery script to work with dynamic fields in HTML

Hello i need this one page function of html to be fixed,

i need to create a dynamic field that working with a tail-select plugin. the first initial field is okay, but the next additional field cannot be clicked after clicking the ”add fileds” button, however if i'm not using the tail select properties [ class=”tail-select w-full” data-search=”True”], the select form work just fine.
Note:
- the current jQuery script is working fine with my backend, so you should not modify the part that handle post method.
- the fix must be working with my backend, which i will not provide, and i will check it myself.
- since this one page fix, i will only pay after the code work 100%,
- the job need to be done in 3 hours. after that i will cancel the project if the code is not working as expected.
- accepting the project, meaning accepting my terms above. so only bid if you confidence to solve the problem with the term.
