We’re a software development agency. We are looking to extend our team with an experienced Java engineer with some Javascript knowledge.
Our projects:
• Web development (backend, frontend, full-stack, static, dynamic, SPAs, including Business management tools, Dashboards, Portal web apps)
• ETL (Extract / transform / load) tools
• Middleware, Libraries, APIs
• Console tools
• Bioinformatics
An ideal candidate should:
• have a proven experience as a Back-end or Full-Stack Developer or similar role;
• be proficient with common frameworks (Spring, Dropwizard, Hibernate);
• have knowledge of Javascript and maybe Vue.JS and D3.js? Not obligatory;
• be familiar with multiple back-end languages (perhaps Python or Go or Clojure?);
• have past experience of working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, a bit of MongoDB)
• have an analytical mindset
• have good communication skills, strong self-discipline and organizational skills with the ability to take direction on projects, working both cooperatively or independently
• be familiar with Git
• be a fast learner
