I need several forms on landing pages that will allow a visitor to subscribe to a newsletter and sign them up. One will be a sequential auto-responder that sends an initial message to the visitor's email address and several follow up emails at predetermined intervals. The forms should allow the pages to be easy to duplicate. No design is required but a little html tweaking is required.
