Housing Management CRM App using Salesforce

We have worked on environments of companies like “Deloitte” and “James Group of Marcus Millichap”. My recent projects consist of "Deloitte Access Economics" which is a part of Converge Health. Also, we have worked with company EnHasen Performance (Data Import, Data export, Reports, Dashboards) based on the Australia and Trinity System on their product RealtimePSO (Automation of Credit Card & ACH Payment method) based on the US. We have worked on a project with MetricStream which is based in California for their requirement of Custom Quota Forecasting and creating custom Reports and Dashboards accordingly. Currently, we are working with ARCC Space project which is a Singapore Based company the project includes the implementation of their whole sales process, all the automation's, workflows, standard object implementation etc. We have worked on a project for VerifyTx Pvt Ltd which basically requires a Salesforce app to be created which integrates Salesforce with their server. Also, we have worked with Art of Living for their requirements we used Twilio and Python to provide a robust solution for IVR of Non-Profit Organization. I am an experienced Salesforce developer and none of the requirements seems to be something new for me. It is what i do everyday. Just to summarize your requirements: 1) Customize the Lead entity to categorize leads having requirements to either purchase or rent the properties. => New record types purchase or rent (1 hour) 2) Configure the Lead object to manually import the Leads data from excel into the Salesforce application. => data loader to import lead (2 hours) 3) Implement a feature to automatically create recurring tasks for working leads. => workflow or triggers (2 hours) 4) Design and implement a new entity for Properties and categorize them as: Villas, Plots, Apartments, Office Spaces. => new object with record type or type field, to be confirmed (1 hour) 5) Implement a feature to upload images for each property and display them in the property details page. => save in document and display in related list (3 hours) Your project can be delivered quickly and i ensure you quality.
