I am looking for an expert HTML5/JS developer to build out a custom chart that mimics the design aspects attached, just with another industry. Chart should be able to display holes throughout each layer in different locations on the layer and when holes line up, an arrow displays through them.

Data set will be provided, you simply need to read it in, do some calculations on the data and display the swiss cheese chart accordingly.

Show me some custom JS/D3.js/three.js interactives you have created in the past and please have an open schedule for the next several weeks to devote to this project.
