Website Feature called "Enhanced Attachments" for SharePoint 2013 On-Premises
Minimal Requirements
Task List* with multiple items in a default view needs to be able to drag and drop a document over the "Attachment" Column (or whole line) and uploads it as new attachment to dropped over item and replaces the one with the same name.

"Attachment" Column should have light grey background only if no item is uploaded and should show all documents attached as direct links when items are uploaded already.

Installation as Site Solution, preferred with Clientside Code (JavaScript, CSS, ...) and Server Side code only as exception.

Format empty "Attachment" Column like:
