Need help with small modificaations in react app -- 2

I have a React App with Node js at backend. Currently it takes a file input from the user and stores it in the default path in the backend. It's working perfectly fine and deployed.
I want to upgrade its functionality by letting the user provide the server address and path , and store the file in the backend. Or basically use ftp to save the file to the other server (the IP of which the user provides)
For this I need a Node js backend developer who can also make changes in the React frontend.
