Need markers to appear over warnings in leaflet map

Job Description:
I have a leaflet map that loads many markers over top of a layer of weather radar and weather warnings. I need the weather warnings to always appear below the markers. This is a loading problem in the code and shouldn't need a significant change to the code. Please ask questions before bidding.
