New Home Page Design Required

[login to view URL] is a new Loyalty Rewards program based in Canada which has just launched. We have put priority on the back end and have not addressed our initial design for the home page. It is now time to implement a new layout and design for the home page that is modern, appealing, catchy, fully responsive and will motivate visitors to sign up and become a member of SunClub Rewards. Our newspaper and other advertising is telling people to go to our website and insert a promo code upon signing up as a member and will receive 1000 SunClub Bonus Points if they insert a Promo Code into their signup form. We also have an active social media campaign and we are getting lots of clicks but no signups telling us our design and information is not motivating visitors to sign up and become a member. We will supply new copy to insert into any new layout. People earn points when they book any travel or vacations through SunClub affiliate [login to view URL] and also on our onlien shopping mall...[login to view URL] (these are links at the top). The entire back end is complete and will remain exactly as we have it and we will just forward the sign up links to the signup page. Our major competitor is [login to view URL] and if you visit their site you will notice boxes below their top large slider. We also want to include 2 or 3 rows of boxes where we insert travel or other point special offers from affiliates. Please provide a sample portfolio of any previous work that might be similar to what we will need to make our website more effective in attracting new members.
