The project is a snapshot of a retro dungeon crawling game.
It needs to include a first person character view of a dungeon room with 3 walls and a ceiling and floor.
The fist person view also has a sword equipped on the right side of the screen.
There needs to be a simple Enemy positioned in the center of the screen.
There must be a texture HUD overlay with a health bar and mana bar.
In total there is:
1 3D enviroment that is textured with retro dungeon bricks
1 2D sword that is simple, in design with a black outline that is textured or colored correctly
1 2D enemy that is simple in design with a black outline that is textured or colored correctly
The perspective camera that is facing the environment directly
All the models should be simple with a low number of vertices.
If possible and time permits simple animations such as the enemy moving side to side and the camera moving forward through the dungeon room towards the enemy and the sword swinging.
All of the vertices must be simple coordinates in clipspace, for example do not have 0.1234131,0.21414.-0.12312 coordinates for the vertices. sinceine they are too specific.
Please do not use any complex data structures or algorithms, just the basic translation matrices to position and animate the models. Also please vertices and indices for creating triangles. Then please leave comments on which sets of vertices are which for my own understanding.
