You will create a web scraper to scrape Fiverr.

Every week or two I will run your web scraper so that I will have a list of the new freelancers (sellers) who recently signed up on Fiverr who meet my criteria. In other words, I will have a list of the freelancers (sellers) who signed up during the last week.
Are you confused? When I open the URL above I see all of the sellers who have "Python" in their profile from the countries indicated (for example, Mexico and Serbia). That is not very helpful to me because I will have already contacted almost all of those sellers previously. See, I only want to contact the *new* sellers (the sellers I have not contacted previously).

I will run the web scraper you create on my laptop which runs Lubuntu 20.04 LTS.
