Write / Debug Google Apps Script

Job Description:
I need someone to write/debug a Google Apps script for me for Google Sheets. I want it to do the following:
- Display a menu item in the toolbar. When clicked it needs to show a popup
- In the popup there need to be 5 input fields and 1 button called 'save' (and a 'cancel' button to close the popup)
- The input fields need to have these names: 1. [login to view URL] 2. OpenAI 3. [login to view URL] 4. Crunchbase 5. Millionverifier
- When the 'save' button is clicked, the value of these inputs is saved as a script property in the backend. I need to call these values later to trigger API calls.
- The name of the script property value has to correspond with the field name
I already have the code, however currently it's not saving any script properties in the background. Please ONLY apply if you have experience working with Google Apps Script Properties.
