Hi — Elias here from Miami. I see you're looking to establish a solid CI/CD pipeline for your frontend, backend, and mobile app. The goal is clear: ensure a smooth deployment process that maintains quality. What usually matters most here is creating a reliable workflow that scales with your team. A common issue in setups like this is managing multiple environments—dev, staging, and production. The tricky part is ensuring all components integrate seamlessly and that deployment processes are automated to reduce human error. My approach would be to leverage AWS services along with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment. I would structure your pipelines for maintainability, providing clear visibility into each stage. This setup facilitates scaling and future enhancements while keeping your applications stable. I've worked on similar CI/CD implementations, focusing on stability and usability. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – What user roles will need access to the deployment pipeline? Q2 – Are there specific integrations with third-party services to consider? Q3 – What are your scaling expectations as your user base grows? Happy to discuss the details and suggest the best technical approach. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I’d start by separating OPS from DEV/STG/PROD at the AWS account/VPC level, then build Jenkins pipelines that promote immutable ECR images through DEV and STG before an explicit production approval. I recommend ECS Fargate over EC2 for the frontend, API, and workers: it reduces server maintenance and supports rolling or blue/green deployments behind an ALB with fast image-based rollback. Jenkins will run in OPS with least-privilege IAM roles, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store for environment values, CloudWatch logs/alarms, and deployment history retained per commit/tag. Jenkins can orchestrate Android and iOS builds through a macOS-capable runner or Codemagic, with separate Dev, QA, and production signing/configuration. I’ve also built DeployBase, a container-hosting SaaS, giving me directly relevant experience with container deployment workflows. In 7 days, I’ll deliver the AWS architecture, Jenkinsfiles, Docker/ECR integration, environment isolation, mobile CI design, monitoring, rollback and recovery documentation, plus knowledge transfer. Do you already have separate AWS accounts available for DEV, STG, PROD, and OPS? Muhammad Saad

Hi, I can help you build a reliable AWS DevOps setup for your frontend, backend, workers, and mobile applications using Jenkins, Docker, ECR, and separate deployment pipelines. I recommend isolating DEV, STG, PROD, and OPS using separate AWS accounts or VPCs, with secure IAM roles, Secrets Manager, private networking, CloudWatch monitoring, and proper access controls. ECS Fargate would be a good option for running containerized services with less server maintenance. I’ll set up automated testing, security checks, approvals, rolling or blue/green deployments, versioned Docker images, rollback support, and deployment documentation. For mobile, I can configure Android builds and macOS-based iOS builds with environment-specific settings. Estimated timeline: 3–5 weeks. I can start now and would be happy to discuss your current AWS setup.

Hi, On a full product build we handled development plus server deployment and CI/CD end to end, which is the same multi-environment setup you're describing here. One decision worth settling early: for Frontend and Backend I'd lean ECS over plain EC2, since independent services and task-level versioning make your "backend deploys without touching frontend" rule clean, and rollbacks become a task definition swap. For OPS isolation I'd push for a separate AWS account rather than just a VPC, so Jenkins and prod permissions never share an IAM blast radius. Secrets go in Secrets Manager, never repos, with Jenkins pulling via IAM roles. Two things that shape the estimate: is the mobile app React Native or Flutter, and do you already have Dockerfiles per repo? We've shipped AWS-backed SaaS with React Native mobile before. ADFW: built on Laravel, React Native, AWS. Which repos can I review first to map the pipelines? Adil

The brief is clear; I’d prove the critical path first, then expand from working evidence. You're building AWS DevOps Engineer Needed – Jenkins CI/CD Pipeline for Frontend, Backend & Mobile App (Dev/Staging/Prod), where the real delivery risk is usually in the workflow details, not just the feature list. My approach would be to first audit the current pages for trust, hierarchy, navigation, and conversion friction, then provide prioritized fixes that can be applied without unnecessary rebuilds. Quick question: What traffic or concurrency target do you want the first production version engineered to tolerate safely? Also, do you already have the API and screen designs, or should the first milestone define the end-to-end mobile flow? Best, Dr. Syafiq

Three independent codebases plus four isolated environments is really an architecture problem, not a Jenkins install — so I'd start with the design, then automate. My recommendation: single AWS Organization, separate VPCs (OPS/DEV/STG/PROD) with ECS Fargate behind ALB for backend and workers, S3+CloudFront for the frontend, ECR for immutable image tags, Secrets Manager/SSM with IRSA-style task roles so no credentials touch Git. Rollback = redeploy previous task-definition revision; blue/green via CodeDeploy for near-zero downtime. iOS needs a macOS runner — I'd use a Jenkins agent on a Mac or an external mobile CI, with Fastlane lanes per environment. I've shipped 80+ apps since 2008 across Node.js/Next.js backends and React Native/Swift/Kotlin mobile, so I understand both sides of these pipelines. Can you confirm the current hosting setup and whether multiple AWS accounts are acceptable?

Hi, I'm Denis, a full-stack developer with hands-on experience designing multi-environment CI/CD infrastructure on AWS and Jenkins for SaaS applications. I understand your needs: production-grade architecture with independent frontend, backend, and mobile pipelines, strict environment isolation, and safeguards against accidental production deployments. I've built similar systems with multiple services requiring independent deployment pipelines, environment separation, secrets management, and approval workflows. Here's my approach: 1. **Infrastructure Design** – Review your stack and recommend EC2 or ECS, then design VPC, security groups, and IAM for environment isolation. 2. **CI/CD Setup** – Configure Jenkins with separate pipelines for frontend, backend, and mobile using Docker and ECR. I'll handle iOS builds on macOS runners and Android builds in parallel. 3. **Security & Deployment** – Implement AWS Secrets Manager, approval gates for production, CloudWatch monitoring, and rollback strategies. **Key technical focus:** No hardcoded credentials, Jenkins credentials with AWS IAM roles, and least-privilege policies so each pipeline accesses only what it needs. **Realistic consideration:** Mobile CI/CD complexity, especially iOS builds requiring macOS infrastructure. I'll evaluate EC2 macOS instances or third-party services based on your scale and budget. I'm ready to start immediately. Let's discuss the details. Thanks, Denis.

Your project calls for a well-structured, secure, and automated AWS DevOps environment supporting multiple app components and clear environment separation. I recently designed a similar multi-repo SaaS pipeline using Jenkins, ECS, and ECR for a React/Node/Redis stack with distinct DEV, STG, PROD, and OPS environments. For clear isolation, I recommend separate VPCs per environment with strict IAM roles following least-privilege principles, and using Parameter Store plus Secrets Manager for secrets management. ECS Fargate is best for container orchestration here, enabling smooth blue/green deployments for zero-downtime releases and easy rollbacks. Jenkins pipelines will be independent for frontend, backend, workers, and mobile, with automated approval gates before PROD deployments. Mobile CI/CD for iOS/Android will leverage a Mac build server or cloud Mac service integrated into Jenkins for production-ready builds and App Store/Play releases. I will deliver detailed AWS architecture docs and all pipeline scripts, plus a knowledge-transfer session. Typical completion is 5–6 weeks. Could you share current AWS or Jenkins setup info? Are you open to using ECS or prefer EC2 for deployments? I’m ready to start designing and building your secure, scalable deployment system.

The isolation between environments matters more than the pipelines themselves. If dev and staging share the same VPC or IAM roles, you end up with blast radius problems no matter how clean the Jenkins jobs look. I'd set up separate AWS accounts under an organization for dev, staging, and prod, with cross-account IAM roles for deployment. Jenkins sits in the ops account and assumes roles to push builds. Each environment gets its own RDS, S3 buckets, secrets in Parameter Store. Frontend goes to CloudFront, backend to ECS or EC2 depending on what you're running now, mobile builds trigger from tags and push to TestFlight and Play Console with environment configs baked at build time. Built a VPS infrastructure for an Australian client that needed similar separation, full server provisioning with SSL, database isolation, and deployment tooling in under 24 hours. More at ffulb.com. I'd want access to your AWS console and the three repos to see what's already running and whether you need a migration or a greenfield setup. If you can share that plus any existing Jenkins instance or permission to spin one up, I can map out the account structure and pipeline
