We are migrating from conventional PBX to Asterisk through SIP trunking and Joomla or databse, we need to integrate both of them for our customers to have access to their account information, billing history, profile information.
Asterisk must be able to have these features:
IVR (2) (administrative line + access line)
- in 3 languages
-100+ queues with ACD feature. (if possible with voice recognition)
-reconignizion of client code (client must be able to enter customer code + or division code)
-then call will be routed to corresponding queue and next available agent.(for voice or video conected to SIP or PSTN)
Extensions-can be either SIP/video for remote sites or sistem must be able to call normal PSTN) each extension must be able to log in either throught the IVR or through the website, also there must be a client name anounment recording and agent must enter an access pin number in order to accept the call, also each agent must be able to see call history, start time, customer code, end time. Also agent must be able to add additional information regarding each call taken.
when calls are disconnected of agent extension gets stuck or while it says that its busy but the call had disconnected, supervisor level must be able to reset that extension without interrupting the rest of the system.
