Changes to web site using Joomla 3.9.18 VirtueMart 3.8.2

Please only apply for this project if you have worked on Joomla 3.9.18 VirtueMart 3.8.2 Web sites and have had minimum of 3 years experience in Joomla 3.9.18 VirtueMart 3.8.2 web site development and making modifications and changes.
We are looking an expert on Joomla 3.9.18 VirtueMart 3.8.2 who can make the following changes to our web site:
1. Modify Sort by filter to be named from Product Price to Best Match
2. Install a drop down menu on the Sort by Filter to show
a. Highest-Lowest price
b. Lowest-Highest price
Important Note: We will be adding new product categories later Example: Rugs. It imperative when a customer is using the Sort by filter they can only see the category they are currently viewing and NOT all categories are displayed.
3. Add approx. 9800 new products unpublished. You will be given a csv file with the relevant information with images approx. 7 images per product. You may be required to create a new csv file with headers accordingly and than upload to the web site.
4. Add shipping costs to all the products. We will provide you with shipping costs for the relevant regions worldwide to install later.
