Convert Web 2.0 website to Joomla

I have a 40 to 50 page website that I need to convert to joomla. The site is currently Web 2.0 complaint, CSS Valid, and ranks high with google.
You will be using the Rocket Theme Template "Crystalline" which I will provide and configure on a beta website. It will be required that you transfer all the content and give the website a professional look and feel. It may be required that new graphic headers and images are generated.
