Joomla add form fields for registration and contact form.

Hi,
I currently have a joomla website and need some extra form fields adding.
1) User registration form. 4 extra fields need adding and also in back end. Infact I have already done this but cannot get it to show on form. but Is showing on back end. Also sytem email to admin needs to include this extra data.
2)Contact Form - I would like 4 extra fields adding.
I will set up a milestone for payment and I am looking to pay $30. These job needs completing as a matter of urgency too. Thank you.
