Joomla Excel import w/ ACL

I need pricing on using an available ACL component for Joomla 1.5.9 (probably either communityACL or JUGA) and a custom script/plugin that you would write to bring in simple data from an excel spreadsheet. We would then need a way to display that data (maybe using plugin/mambot) on a rights controlled “My Page” for only the user that has rights. Each vendor “My Page” would have their sales data displayed from the Excel sheet(fields: Customer No., Customer Name, *User Name, Customer Level, YTD Sales, PYTD Sales, Ship-To ,URL,etc) And then display that data for that vendor only. It would also be helpful if one data field could contain a URL and that URL would function when displayed on the user’s page as well. We could use joomsuite, cACL, JUGA or integrate with any other options that are available… thanks for your time.
