PSD or PNG to Joomla Website

This is a very simple project for someone who knows what they are doing.
Time and punctuality are very important.
I need this site completed 2 days after the project has been accepted.
Need to convert a PSD to a Joomla template:
- Final template must look exactly the same as the original design provided
- Needs to be compatible with Joomla 1.5.x (natively)
- Completed Website must be cross-browser compatible (IE6 to IE8, Safari, Firefox, etc)
- Must include styles for all Joomla CSS tags
- must work within the Joomla Administration for easy updates
- Add RSS feed for the site ( home page or one other page only)
I will provide:
- The design is completed and will br provided in a PSD or Fireworks PNG (your choice) file of the home page and one interior page; all interior pages will have same layout
- Joomla currently installed on the server host
- We are hosting the site
- We have all the content ready
- Only 5 pages, simple site
I will have more work like this in the future, so quality work will hopefully result in a long term business relationship.
Requirements:
- You must be experienced in Joomla
- We need quality of work and Speed
- I will need to see Joomla websites you have completed.
- I would also like to see other HTML or Flash work you’ve done.
I will give a Cash Bonus for completing this project on time (2 days after job accepted)
