combine into one to build a laravel + rect and yii2 + vue projects

i need someone to build the project with laravel + vue +json + axios + react and json rendering for each pages design fixups like chatbox and menu some uniformity within separate projects all ui that we have we need to build a laravel + rect+ vue and for those pages JSON is not there you need to build the JSON json must be with bgcolor section id elements like buttons icon buttons colors links and images even length width fonts fonts type text sizes etc. easy and simple work. and only individuals to apply connect Laravel API to React and vue define and create Laravel and React and yii2 + vue Project structure.
