Hi, You want a lightweight Kotlin security app that lives on your own phone, SOS or location share, with everything kept on-device and no sign-up. The tricky part isn't the screens, it's making the background work reliable and the runtime permissions clean so the SOS actually fires when you need it. My plan: build the UI from your wireframes in Android Studio, wire activities/fragments to Kotlin, and handle location and SOS with proper permission flows and a foreground service so it survives Doze. All data stays local via SQLite. Four years on native Android in Java and Kotlin, including Google Maps and location work, so this fits cleanly. You get a release APK, commented source, and a README on build steps and how to extend it. I'll push to Git in short iterations for review. Five days once I have the wireframes and palette.
