DevOps Engineer Role

About the role
We are looking for an experienced developer with proficiency in Kubernetes and
cloud services to work for us, initially as a contractor then, for the right candidate, to
become part of our technical team in Vietnam. This position will be key in delivering
our technical product. The work will focus on setting up and productizing cluster
configurations and services inside the clusters, as well as setting up CI, testing and
deployment workflows.
The role will fit well someone with a software engineering/developing
background with 3-5 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure, with an
interest in machine learning and MLOps, Kubernetes and new technologies in the
space of container orchestration.
The work will be performed as part of a product team, delivering and integrating
pieces of functionality. Successful candidate will be involved in the product design
process, prototyping and have a real impact on a product potentially deployed to
multiple enterprises across the globe.
You will be based in Vietnam but work closely with the engineers and data scientists in
the UK.
About you
You will have substantial experience managing resources on one of the main cloud
providers (AWS preferred) and developing infrastructure-as-code solutions. You will
have worked with Kubernetes, feel comfortable with its components and
management systems. Experience with Kubeflow and any machine learning
technologies is advantageous.

your ideas and engage in the creative and planning process. You will be selfmotivated and able to work self-sufficiently when required. You will be ambitious and
confident in your personal development and self-learning ambitions, as well as being
open minded and accepting of others.
