I need a Roster-type system developed. Would like this done in Laravel./
Workflow I require is generally as follows:
A customer creates an account in the System
The customer also creates a number of Dogs they have (between 1 and 6, eg. Dog A, Dog B, etc) and record some basic attributes about those items. This information is retained and generally does not change.
The customer then may create a Calendar Items. The Calendar items will have a title, address, start/end date/times, etc. The Calendar Item will then have a transport there and a transport from task. The main Customer will then search the system for other Customer Dog's that also need to be taken there for picked up from there. This could be as long list.
The Customers who own the other Dogs are notified and can then accept to take some of the Dogs there or pick them up (both theirs and the other customers). There will be a limit for how many Dogs the customer can transport (eg. 4 in total).
Where there are Dogs that do not yet have a customer taking them, it is recommended to some Customers that they should do some transport based on rules such as how many times they have done transport.
All Customers can see the schedules and which of their Dogs will be where and when which Customer is taking them or picking them up, as well as when they are picking them up or taking them. They will also need to edit their assigned tasks also.
Email notifications and mobile responsive.
