Here is what the assignment covers: • Diagnose our current positioning in the market and refine the value proposition so electrical consultants feel confident listing us in their tender documents. • Design and execute a multi-channel campaign—social, email, SEO, paid media, trade-show follow-ups, or any mix you feel will move the needle—to reach decision makers such as consulting engineers, facility managers, and procurement heads. • Build or clean a prospect database and craft conversion-focused touchpoints (landing pages, nurturing emails, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) that drive project enquiries into the CRM. • Supply weekly metrics on lead volume, cost per lead, and consultant approvals achieved so I can track ROI and adjust budgets quickly. You’ll get full access to our existing brochures, technical sheets, case studies, and a modest ad spend to test channels. I’m open to whichever marketing stack—HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager—helps you deliver results fastest. Acceptance criteria 1. A 90-day plan with targets and channel mix approved before launch. 2. Minimum 25 qualified consultant or end-client leads per month by month two. 3. A clear hand-off process to our sales engineers so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
