We are looking for a confident, proactive, and results-driven B2B Sales / Client Acquisition Specialist who can bring us U.S.-based businesses that need applicants and hiring support. This is a commission-based client acquisition opportunity. Our goal is simple: You find the business → You identify their hiring needs → You introduce our service → We convert and serve the client → You earn a fixed payment We are looking for someone who is confident approaching businesses, speaking with decision-makers, and converting genuine hiring needs into paying clients. What Our Business Provides Our primary service is providing real applicants to businesses based on their hiring requirements. For example, a company may need applicants for: Sales positions Healthcare Customer service IT & technology Logistics Warehouse Hospitality Administration Construction Retail And other industries If a business needs applicants, we can work with them to understand their requirements and provide suitable applicants. We Can Also Provide Complete Hiring Support Some businesses may not only need applicants. They may say: "We need someone to handle the complete hiring process." That is also an opportunity. Depending on the client's requirements, we can provide or introduce a complete hiring/recruitment solution, which may include: Candidate sourcing Applicant screening Interview coordination Candidate shortlisting Recruitment support Hiring coordination Other stages of the hiring process You do not need to perform these services yourself. Your role is to find and bring the business to us. Our team will discuss the appropriate service directly with the client. Your Role Your primary responsibility is B2B client acquisition. You will: Find U.S.-based businesses with active hiring needs. Research companies that are currently hiring. Identify business owners, HR managers, hiring managers, recruiters, and other decision-makers. Contact potential clients. Introduce our applicant and hiring services. Understand the company's hiring needs. Explain the basic value of our service. Generate genuine business opportunities. Follow up with interested companies. Introduce qualified prospects to our team. Help convert prospects into paying clients. Maintain communication during the client-acquisition process. You Do NOT Need To This is important: You are not being hired as a recruiter. You do not need to: Have a recruiter account. Post jobs on behalf of clients. Search for candidates yourself. Interview candidates. Screen candidates. Select candidates. Manage employees. Handle payroll. Handle onboarding. Manage the complete recruitment process. Provide staffing services yourself. Your job is bringing the business/client. Our team handles the service delivery. How You Earn This is a performance-based opportunity. For every business you successfully bring to us that becomes a paying client, you can earn: 1. Fixed Payment You receive an agreed fixed payment for successfully acquiring the client. In addition to the fixed payment This gives you two potential sources of earnings: Fixed Client Payment The exact fixed amount will be agreed upon before you begin working with us. Example Let's say you find a U.S. company that needs 20 sales applicants. You contact the company, explain our service, and introduce them to us. The company becomes a paying client. How You Can Find Clients You can use any legitimate and effective B2B acquisition method you are experienced with, including: LinkedIn outreach Cold email Cold calling Business directories Hiring/company research Networking Direct outreach Other proven B2B sales methods We are interested in results, not a particular outreach platform. Long-Term Opportunity We are looking for freelancers who want to build a long-term business relationship. There is no fixed limit on the number of clients you can bring. If you consistently acquire paying U.S. clients, your earning potential can grow with the number and value of the businesses you introduce.
