I run a growing web-design and digital-services studio and need an energetic cold caller who can confidently open conversations with local businesses—especially cafés, clinics, gyms, dental practices and restaurants—turn interest into qualified leads and, whenever possible, close the sale on the same call. What the day-to-day looks like • Dial targeted local businesses from your own lead lists or ones I provide. • Follow a proven script that introduces our website design packages and answers common objections. • Qualify the owner or decision maker, verify budget and timeline, and either secure payment on the spot or book a discovery call on my calendar. • Immediately pass full lead details (contact name, number, email, agreed next step) so I can start onboarding. Payment structure This role is 100 % commission: you receive 10 – 20 % of every client’s first payment, released as soon as funds clear on my side. A ₹15,000 project, for example, puts ₹1,500 – ₹3,000 straight in your pocket, and there is no earnings ceiling. Acceptance criteria • At least three qualified appointments or one closed sale in your first week. • Lead details shared in a Google Sheet within 12 hours of each call. • All calls recorded (mobile or VOIP) so I can review quality when needed. If you can bring friendly persistence, respect the script yet think on your feet, and are excited by uncapped income, let’s talk.
