India Franchisee Recruitment Manager

I need an experienced professional who can take full ownership of bringing new franchisees into our network across India. Your sole focus will be recruitment; training, ongoing support, and performance monitoring are handled by other teams. My preferred channel is face-to-face engagement relevant to our sector. You will identify and convert qualified prospects into signed franchisees. Deliverables I will measure you on: • On-site lead capture reports and follow-up funnels in our CRM. • A minimum number of executed franchise agreements each quarter, agreed upon before kickoff. If you have a proven track record of franchise sales in India, strong event networking skills, and the ability to close deals on the ground, I’m ready to discuss next steps.
