Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist

I need an inside sales professional who can take full ownership of our lead-generation engine for a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) SaaS firm. Your core mission is to build a predictable flow of qualified prospects by running well-structured email campaigns. Here’s what success looks like: you’ll research and curate lists of decision-makers at medium-sized enterprises and large corporations, create multi-step email sequences that speak their language, and manage the responses through our CRM. Cold calling may become part of the mix later, but for now email outreach is the primary channel. Typical weekly deliverables include: • A fresh, segmented prospect list with verified contacts in mid-market and enterprise accounts • The copy and scheduling for a 3–5-touch email sequence, ready to launch in our chosen tool (HubSpot, [login to view URL] or similar) • A concise performance report highlighting open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked Please be comfortable with basic compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and familiar with common sales-enablement platforms. If you’ve previously generated pipeline in the GRC, cybersecurity or B2B SaaS space, you’ll ramp up quickly. I’m looking to kick this off immediately and measure progress week by week.
