We are a certified Odoo partner actively looking for a part-time Lead Generation / Business Development Specialist who can consistently deliver high-quality, qualified leads for Odoo and ERPNext implementation projects. This role is strictly focused on lead generation and initial qualification, not technical development. We are looking for freelancers who understand ERP sales cycles, can identify decision-makers, and can generate qualified leads across global Odoo & ERPNext markets, including the USA, Middle East, Europe, North America, South America, India, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa. Target Technologies ______________ - Odoo ERP - ERPNext - Mobile Apps Development Target Industries ______________ Leads must be from one or more of the following industries: - Manufacturing - Healthcare (Hospitals, Clinics, Labs, Medical Practices) - Retail & Point of Sale - F&B (Restaurants, Cafes, Cloud Kitchens, Food Chains) - Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, Serviced Apartments, Chains) - Real Estate & Property Management - HR & Payroll Services - Education (Schools, Colleges, Institutes, EdTech) - Logistics, Supply Chain & Warehousing - eCommerce Website Development Responsibilities ______________ • Generate qualified business leads for Odoo & ERPNext implementation projects • Identify and reach out to decision-makers (Owners, Directors, CIOs, Operations Heads, Finance Heads) • Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, Email, Cold outreach, Other proven B2B/B2C channels • Pre-qualify prospects based on Industry, Company size, ERP requirement, Budget readiness • Promote and pitch services including ERP implementation & customization, Automation & workflow optimisation, AI-powered business solutions, Digital systems & enterprise platforms • Conduct initial discovery calls (if required) and hand over qualified leads to our internal sales team • Maintain a clean lead pipeline in our internal CRM platform with proper tracking and follow-ups • Meet weekly and monthly lead targets Requirements ______________ • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or business development • Prior experience selling or generating leads for: • ERP • SaaS • IT services • Digital transformation projects • Strong understanding of ERP buying behaviour and sales cycles • Experience with Odoo or ERPNext sales is a strong advantage • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results • Must be available for atleast 10 hours per week • Open to candidates from any country Compensation ______________ ✔ Hourly rate: USD $8 – $10 ✔ This rate is fixed. ✔ Applicants expecting a higher rate should not apply.
