Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline. Schedule meetings and manage follow-ups. Handle the complete sales process, including lead nurturing and deal closing. Update all lead activities in our CRM/portal. Meet agreed monthly sales and lead generation targets. Requirements Proven experience in B2B lead generation and IT services sales. Strong understanding of software development, digital marketing, and related IT services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools. Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets. Compensation We are flexible and open to either: Fixed monthly payment + performance incentives Pay per qualified lead Commission-based model A customized compensation structure based on experience and results Both individual freelancers and agencies are welcome to apply. Paid Test Project Before starting a long-term engagement, we will begin with a paid test assignment. The objective is to generate 5 qualified leads that match our target criteria.
