LinkedIn Outreach Virtual Assistant Required

Job Title: LinkedIn Outreach VA – Appointment Setter (Part-Time, Remote) Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST (4 hours/day) Pay: $3–$5 USD/hour + 2% commission on closed sales from booked calls Type: Long-term, part-time About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable LinkedIn Outreach Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help us book more sales calls by running our proven LinkedIn outreach system. This is not a sales role — you will not be closing deals. Your main job is to consistently connect with qualified prospects, send personalized scripts, and log everything into our system so our team can turn those leads into paying clients. Your Daily Responsibilities Send 130 qualified LinkedIn connection requests with short personal notes every day Follow our LinkedIn Outreach SOP for messaging sequences in each niche Send scripted follow-ups to prospects who have connected but not yet replied Update our Airtable CRM daily with lead status and notes Track and report daily metrics (# connections sent, # accepted, # follow-ups sent, # meetings booked) Notify us immediately when a meeting is booked so it can be added to the calendar Maintain a professional, friendly tone in all messages What We’re Looking For Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferred but not required — training provided) Excellent written English and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and SOPs exactly Consistency — you show up on time every day and hit your numbers Strong internet connection and reliable laptop/PC Comfortable working early morning hours (6 AM – 10 AM PST) KPIs You’ll Be Measured On Connections Sent: 130/day Daily Acceptance Rate: Target 30%+ (we’ll give you lists to keep quality high) Follow-ups Sent: All leads moved through outreach stages on time CRM Accuracy: No missing or incorrect lead data Compensation Hourly: $3–$5 USD/hour (based on experience) Performance Bonus: 2% commission on closed deals from appointments you book (e.g., if a client pays $1,200, you earn a $24 bonus) Why Work With Us You’ll get clear SOPs, scripts, and training so you can succeed from day one Flexible, remote work you can do from home Long-term opportunity if you consistently hit performance targets Bonuses tied directly to results — your work directly impacts your pay
