Marble Sales Consultant Needed

Our marble supply and fabrication business is ready to widen its reach and I need a Sales consultant who already understands the stone trade. If you know the language of slabs, finishes, and architects, you will feel at home here. Day to day you will generate fresh leads, keep the conversation moving, and close deals that meet our margin targets. Expect to be on the phone, on video calls, and occasionally on-site with designers, builders, and end clients, guiding them from first enquiry through to purchase order. We will provide product training, pricing matrices, marketing collateral, and access to our existing prospect list. You will bring your own strategies for finding new projects and the discipline to keep the pipeline current and visible at all times. Deliverables • A weekly report exported from the CRM that lists new leads, active opportunities, and closed sales • Deal documentation for every closed project (quote, PO, and hand-off notes) • End-of-month summary highlighting wins, lost reasons, and next-step recommendations Success is measured by a healthy, well-documented pipeline and consistent conversions, not by call volume alone.
