Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced lead generation specialist to join our team at Beebombs, a company dedicated to restoring wildflower habitats and supporting vital bee populations. Our mission is to #BringTheBeesBack, and we need your help to reach out to potential retail partners and corporate clients, offering them a free sample of our product. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects via email and social media channels in both English and French.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential retailers, garden centers, and corporate clients interested in offering Beebombs
Create a database of prospects, including contact information and relevant details
Craft personalized and engaging outreach messages in English and French to offer a free Beebombs sample
Use email and social media channels (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook) to connect with prospects
Manage and track communications with potential clients, documenting responses and following up when necessary
Collaborate with our team to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on results
Report on the progress and success of lead generation efforts
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and French, with excellent written communication skills in both languages
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role
Familiarity with email and social media outreach strategies
Proficient in using CRM tools and lead generation software (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong research and organizational skills
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Passion for environmental causes and a genuine interest in our mission to #BringTheBeesBack
