About the Role Position: Remote Sales Executive Location: Anywhere – 100% Remote Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM Pacific Time (occasional weekend work up to 4 hours) Work Hours: 40 hours/week As a Remote Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients — engaging leads, setting appointments, and helping drive revenue for our expanding real estate investment business. You’ll work closely with a supportive, results-oriented team that values initiative, transparency, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For -At least 6 months of BPO or outbound sales experience (REQUIRED) -Confident on the phone — persuasive, personable, and professional -Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) -Strong appointment setting and closing abilities -Experience with CRM or lead generation tools (preferred but not required) -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven -A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment -Positive attitude and genuine interest in relationship building Compensation & Benefits -Pay Rate: $6–8/hour (based on experience) -13th Month Pay Bonus (with the opportunity to earn beyond 13th month for exceptional performance) -Property Sale Bonus: $50 per property sold (average 12–20 properties per year) -Bi-weekly Pay How to Apply Please submit the following: 1.
