We specialize in legal basement renovations, full house remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, and premium renovation services. We generate leads through digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media) and are now looking for a strong sales closer who can convert these leads into confirmed projects. Role Overview We are hiring an India-based International Sales Closer who will: Speak to Canadian homeowners Qualify and close renovation deals Book site visits Handle follow-ups professionally Extra advantage: If you can generate your own leads (cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, WhatsApp, etc.) and close them, your earning potential will increase significantly. Key Responsibilities Lead Closing (Primary) Call and follow up with warm leads generated via digital marketing Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines Pitch our renovation services confidently Close deals or book confirmed site visits Handle objections professionally Maintain follow-ups via call, WhatsApp, and email Lead Generation (Bonus Skill) Generate new leads independently (cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, local listings, etc.) Qualify self-generated leads and close them Share ideas to improve conversions and sales flow Required Skills & Experience Experience in International Sales (US/Canada preferred) Strong spoken English (neutral or understandable accent) Prior experience in real estate, construction, renovation, or home services sales is a BIG plus Confident closer with negotiation skills Comfortable working with Canada time zones Experience using CRM, Google Sheets, or lead tracking tools Compensation Structure Option 1 – Warm Leads Closer Fixed Pay (₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month) High commission per closed deal Incentives per site visit booked Option 2 – Lead Generation + Closing (High Earnings) Lower fixed or pure commission model Higher commission on self-generated & closed deals No earning cap Top performers can earn much more than a fixed salary.
