Freelance Business Development Executive

ProLearn Institute has opened a performance-based project for a freelance Business Development Executive who can drive student enrollments into our internship programs entirely through social media outreach. Your daily routine will revolve around initiating conversations in student-centric groups, responding to direct messages, and guiding interested prospects through a simple registration funnel. I will supply ready-to-use sample messages and scripts so you can start engaging immediately. If you prefer adding calls or WhatsApp follow-ups, you’re free to do so, but your primary focus should remain social platforms where students are already active. Key expectations • Consistent, high-energy engagement on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or similar channels • Timely replies to queries and regular follow-ups until each student completes registration • Accurate tracking of every lead so I can verify successful enrollments Compensation & perks You’ll earn ₹1,000 for every block of 50 confirmed enrollments. There is no cap, so the more students you onboard, the more you take home. Work whenever you like, from wherever you are, and I’ll issue a certificate of experience when the project concludes. Acceptance criteria • Minimum first milestone: 50 paid enrollments in one month • Google-sheet log showing prospect name, contact handle, date approached, and enrollment status • Weekly summary report (sent each Friday) outlining outreach volume and conversions If you are persuasive, target-oriented, and ready to begin right away, this project will reward your hustle.
