I’m arranging a series of face-to-face workshops for several engineering-manufacturing plants around San Antonio and need a seasoned instructor who can fluently switch between Mexican Spanish and English at any moment in the room. The audience ranges from line employees who work in cross-functional teams to newly promoted supervisors and mid-level managers, so your content must resonate with all three groups. Core content we must cover • Employed Teams – Team-building fundamentals, techniques for clear and engaging communication on the shop floor, and practical conflict-resolution methods that keep production moving. • Supervisory Skills – Modern leadership techniques suitable for a high-tech plant, data-driven performance management, and smart delegation that builds trust without sacrificing throughput. • Management Skills – Broader management practices that align continuous-improvement goals with people development. Scope of work You will design or adapt training materials, deliver the sessions on site (most venues sit within a 45-minute drive of downtown San Antonio), and provide quick reference handouts in both languages. Each topic will be run as a standalone module so plants can mix-and-match according to shift coverage. Logistics & expectations – Sessions: 4- to 6-hour blocks, scheduled jointly in advance. – Methodology: interactive exercises, real-world manufacturing scenarios, minimal slide-deck dependency. – Take-home: participant workbooks (PDF and print) plus a one-page post-session action plan. – Evaluation: short knowledge checks during class and a follow-up survey summary for management within one week.
