Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Client Acquisition Specialist with experience in BPO services. Your role will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals with high-value clients. You will work closely with our management team to help us achieve our revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify high-value leads (e-commerce, tech, healthcare, etc.). Cold Outreach: Use email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to generate interest. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. Close Deals: Close contracts worth $50k–$1M with a focus on long-term partnerships. Reporting: Track sales progress and provide regular updates to the management team. Compensation Structure: Base Payment: $100 per month as a retainer for initial outreach and lead generation. Commission: 5% Commission on any deals closed above $50,000. Flat fee of $500 for every client acquisition with contracts valued at $50k–$100k. Additional Bonuses for exceeding sales targets, such as an extra $500 for deals exceeding $100k. Targeted Bonuses: Close 3 high-value deals per quarter (worth $100k+): $2,000 bonus. Achieve 10 qualified leads per month: $500 bonus. Financial Goal Targets: To help meet Outsource Oasis's annual revenue goals, we’ve set the following targets: Target Clients: Focus on acquiring clients with budgets between $50k and $500k for BPO services. This would contribute significantly to our revenue growth. Quarterly Revenue Target: Secure at least 2–3 high-value clients per quarter, each generating revenue between $100k and $500k. This will contribute to our goal of $5 million in revenue for 2025. Long-term Goal: Help drive acquisition efforts towards our $25 million goal by securing 5+ clients annually with contracts ranging from $500k to $1M. Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in BPO or high-ticket sales (experience in outsourcing preferred). Strong communication skills, including cold calling, emailing, and presenting via video calls. Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Comfortable with performance-based compensation models. Highly motivated and result oriented.
