Position: Marketing Specialist We're an iconic lifestyle brand seeking marketing specialists due to the growth of our operations throughout America. 3-6 month contract with the potential for converting to a permanent associate. As a Marketing Specialist you will work with a talented marketing team generating leads for our products and services, and delivering them to our call center. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing development and lead generating process including project kickoff, schedules, budget, and final delivery. He/she will work across multiple internal teams (Brand Managers, Advertising, Media, Design, Retail Marketing, etc.). He/ she will ensure a high standard of marketing excellence while balancing competing demands of time and budget. Required Qualifications Experience as an advertiser in an agency environment working on American brands and campaigns. Organized and detail oriented with communication and project management. Financial aptitude to build budgets, review estimates from agencies and vendors, and maintain overall financial visibility on projects. Extensive understanding of marketing. Able to work independently and as key member of a team. Positive attitude self-starter with the ability to find solutions and foresee problems. Ability to work on multiple projects and balance competing resources and deadlines. Strong verbal and keen American communication skills. Good ability with MS office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) Experience with large events, retail, and digital development is a plus. Must be available 5 days/ week, and is open to both freelance and fixed term contracts. We enroll all of our newly hired associates in a rigorous training program to ensure success of this project.
