I have incorporated an LLC in Delaware to hold a small condo apartment property in Ohio. I need an accountant or lawyer or some other one-stop shop to do the following on a regular annual basis:
- receive the bills and paperwork from the management company
- calculate and make the relevant filings for tax in Ohio, Delaware and local property taxes
- hold and organise the company books, and run relevant annual meetings to keep the company in good standing (I do not anticipate more than one or two such meetings)
I am looking for a professional person or company to do this on a regular annual basis. I may have similar projects for future LLCs I incorporate.
