Project Concept: Website that hosts Contests that are built and run by clients/users of website.
Goal: Research into laws in the United States and in general online for removal of any liability if client is building contests.

Needs:
1. Find if it is possible to not carry liability as host of contests if clients are putting up information for contest and responsible for prizes.
2. Referencing the above TOS: Cost for drafting a similar Terms of service but with our technical details and business information (provided after project launch)
Summary:
Client site only hosts and provides technical capability for client to share/market contests. Client does provide marketing for their own site as a contest creation tool for businesses.
