We are developing a list of commonly or frequently asked questions (FAQs) about U.S. Criminal Law (or Criminal Defense Law). This list is intended to be a foundation that will then be used by our scholars to develop a more refined list.
Here's how the list must be compiled:
(1) Google the following term: "Criminal Law FAQs."
(2) Click on each web page listed on the first 20 pages of Google listings.
(3) When the destination webpage includes lists of questions about Criminal Law, add those questions to your master list.
Then, repeat steps 1-3 with the following alternative Google search term: "Criminal questions."
When this process is complete, please use your best efforts to eliminate exact duplicates. Don't worry too much about spelling, grammer, etc. This list is not intended for publication. It's intended to be used as a foundation for further research.
The, repeat all of the above, replacing "Criminal law" with:
Criminal Appeals Law (or Criminal Appellate Law), DUI/DWI Law, Traffic Law (or Traffic Ticket Law), White Collar Crimes, Juvenile Law, Parole and Probation Law, Drug and Narcotics Law, Federal Criminal Law, Violent Crimes Law
