Two Directors, both co-owners, co-founders. One fires the other from his managerial role in the company. The company (Irish/UK) has employee liability insurance.
The fired Director has accused the other of fraud and removed him as a Director. He is still a Director but has no involvement with the company because he has been removed.
The fired Director wants to initiate and run a claim against the company, or in reality its insurer.
This role would REALLY suit an ex insurance company claims person or a lawyer/solicitor used to this type of claim. The damages are in the $ millions.
I do not mind what jurisdiction you are in.
