Hello,
We are looking for a skilled paralegal that is well versed in Appeals.
We filed an appeal with the higher courts. This appeal was based on
the evidence of our Summary Judgement not being heard properly.
This is an appeal based on a Court Order that was indeed signed off by the judge in the lower circuit court (Not the Magistrate).
We received a letter from the Plaintiff. Stating that our Appeal was indeed inaccurate as the order was not final. But we have documentation stating that it indeed is. We need to reply to this email letter with the facts. As well as prepare a rebuttal to the dismissal they plan to insert next week.
We need a readily available KNOWLEDGEABLE paralegal (Pitbull preferred):
1.) Must be available via telephone for questions.
2.) Must have experience in appeals (Or possible problem solving with them).
3.) Clean writing and fantastic case research.
