Trauma-Informed Counselling - Blockers - Trauma - Loss & Bereavement

I’m seeking a qualified professional to provide trauma-informed, one-to-one support sessions aimed at helping me process and release unresolved emotional trauma, gain clarity around past experiences, and rebuild mental and emotional resilience. The ideal person will blend empathy and professional skill—someone grounded, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable working with people who have experienced loss, instability, or deep emotional challenges.
