I need a wordpress plugin that manages comments.
Basic outline is that it does some pre-screening before even allowing a comment (it does some tests on the comment the user submits and if it does not pass the test, it'll prompt the user and ask some predefined text like "do you really want to submit such a spammy comment?")
the plugin can also refer the user to another post on the same blog if there are too many comments for the current post already (so the plugin needs to do some "load/comment balancing" between posts)
It then also manages a database of URLs which it queries on a regular basis and delete particular posts if a specific URL is no longer in existence (basically, it'll be a table of comment-URL, the plugin queries the URL, if URL isn't there, it deletes the comment).
Also, the plugin will provide the functionality to make the comment-backlink a dofollow or nofollow depending on certain conditions).
this is the basic outline, the exact specifications are to be defined after reviewing initial applications with portfolio etc.
