10 PR4+ themed links

This project is for 10 permanent one way PR4+ links. These links must be relevant to our site (art themed). Here are some basic guidelines for the project: 1. Links must be from English websites only. 2. Links must be permanent and guaranteed by you 9 months or you will replace them with equivalent. 3. One link per IP address. 4. Link must be static HTML that is search engine friendly. 5. Links to directories, blogs and guest books will not be accepted. This includes automated linking directory scripts on sites too. 6. Linking page should have no more than 25 outbound links on it. 7. White hat techniques only. I reserve the right to reject any link not found suitable or meeting these requirements. 8. Must display URL, Description and Title I specify Project completion is expected within 30 days. Upon award of project I will escrow 50% of bid to cover the first 5 links. After I proof them and accept them I will release that escrow and do another 50% escrow to cover the remaining 5 links.
