Troubleshoot/Repair 1and1 dns errors-Must have exp working with 1and1 cpanel and Plesk

I have canceled last project because the bids were just to high for me to afford. All I need is my dns fixed on my 1and1 dedicated server. If you have never worked with a 1and1 dedicated server and 1and1 dns set up please do not respond. I do not care3 how long you have been working on servers. I need only people that are familiar with 1and1..

#1 Requirement - Knowledge of 1and1 Dns settings, 1and1 server control panel, plesk, and dns troubleshooting.

Parallels Plesk11 on CentOS6.3 through 1and1 dedicated server familiarity-

Tasks Needed -

#1 - DNS - Currently the dns is set up and working but I am getting messages from Google saying they cannot crawl my sites due to the current dns settings. Also, dns tests show many errors and in securities. I would like the custom dns set up correctly in the most secure manner and best performing manner--

It is vital that I get dns working and secure so my sites will be crawlable asap. I cannot think this task could take more than 15 or 20 minutes most for someone who knows what the settings are supposed to be.
