Hello, If your server is in DMZ on internal IP you still need to send traffic to it from the public IP. I'll be happy to work with you on this. Are you using LoadBalancer on pfsense as well? how are you doing nat?

Are you sure your problem is caused by Pfsense ? Had you tried to test by downloading files locally on webserver?

Since web server is in DMZ zone, there might be access restriction on connections . if am right currently only HTTP an HTTPs ports are enabled.. we need allow corresponding ports in Pfsense to download files from webserver..i will do this... Hi You have strong firewall. If you can access then you can download, provided write permission should be there. In all web server read and write permission should be there, otherewise you can't update your website. If you give FTP access login & password then i can download file from your webserver. Also I will guide you, how to download & upload file to webserver. It is very simple. Waiting for your reply. Thanks & regards Rabbi
